Apply Now for Fellowship Opportunities for Summer 2012

The Fellows Program, an extension of GFDD’s InteRDom Program, is now looking for M.Sc., M.A. and Ph.D. students to carry-out fellowships in the Dominican Republic during the Summer of 2012.

The deadline to receive applications for the fall is: April 15, 2012.

Fellowship opportunities are available in the areas of:

  • Biodiversity
  • Climate change
  • Education
  • Financing for development
  • Forests
  • Gender equality
  • Migration
  • Mountains
  • Population and development
  • Poverty eradication
  • Public health
  • Water

The final output of the fellowship will be a comprehensive report. Reports that meet GFDD standards and guidelines will be submitted to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and will be featured on GFDD websites and within institutional publications.

Fellows that carry-out exemplary work will also be afforded the opportunity to present their findings before the United Nations community on behalf of GFDD and FUNGLODE.
