What’s New in the 6th Edition of the Internship Certification Program

InteRDom has introduced new features to the next edition of the Internship Certification Program, which is scheduled to take place October 2, 3 and 4 at the headquarters of Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE/GFDD) in Santo Domingo.

The workshop has been expanded to a 12-hour program, spread over 3 days. It will include the participation of representatives from the departments of internships and graduate studies of renowned national universities who wish to promote their graduating students, as well as representatives from organizations that have been previously been certified by InteRDom, who will share their experiences and the best practices they have implemented in the management of their internship programs.

The Internship Certification Program is open to professionals from public and private companies and to coordinators of nonprofit institutions who are interested in diversifying their human capital with local and international talent.

Registrations will be accepted until September 28 by completing the appropriate registration form. The facilitator of this edition of the seminar is Liber Jorge Montás, M.A., expert in the areas of Quality Management Systems in ISO 9001, Strategic Management of Human Capital, and Organizational Development, and is recognized by more than 150 national institutions. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC). He also has specializations in Organizational Development and in Training and Development of Human Capital from the Technological Institute of Monterrey in Mexico. He is Executive Director of the Quality Business School and Consulting.

The Internship Certification Program is organized by InteRDom, an initiative of Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (FUNGLODE) and its sister institution in the United States, Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD). InteRDom facilitates professional exchange between universities, international students and businesses, while supporting training initiatives that encourage development, diversity and work culture.
