InteRDom Promotes Programs in the Dominican Republic through Film Screening at Drexel University

InteRDom representatives returned to Drexel University for the second spring in a row to present a special screening of the film La Montaña (The Mountain) on Thursday, April 16. This event was organized in collaboration with the Drexel University Spanish Club to promote internship opportunities available through InteRDom, and to encourage students to apply for InteRDom’s 2015 summer and fall programs. The event attracted Drexel students interested in Latino culture and Spanish language, as well as individuals interested in seeing the film. InteRDom to Screen Dominican Film La Montaña at Drexel University

InteRDom, in collaboration with the Drexel University Spanish Club, would like to invite Drexel students, professors and community members to the screening of the Dominican film La Montaña (The Mountain), directed by Tabaré Blanchard and co-directed by Ivan Herrera, on Thursday, April 16 at 7:00 p.m. at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. La Montaña beautifully documents the adventure of the first Dominican expedition to reach the top of Mount Everest in Nepal in 2011.
