The Internship Certification Seminar is an innovative training workshop, which enables organizations to detect internal needs, turning them into learning opportunities and capitalize the contribution that interns provide to the company.
Participants will learn to improve candidate selection criteria, develop work plans, apprenticeship contracts and monitoring programs integrating all members of the organization, and how it can produce a real impact on overall productivity.
